Shipping Policy

All pricing listed is in New Zealand Dollars. (Shipping within New Zealand only).

North Island Delivery – flat fee of $10
South Island Delivery – flat fee of $10
Rural Delivery – additional fee of $5.00
Waiheke Island & Chatham Islands – Price on application

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Please note orders are only processed Monday – Friday. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. Your order will be delivered by NZ Couriers with Track and Trace. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received or email us at sales@maisontherese.co.nz.
