The yellow spotting on the Onions is a natural enzyme on the Onion in the ground. As the Onion matures the yellow spotting becomes more obvious. The only way to eliminate this issue is to use preservatives or sulphites, Maison Therese chooses to be preservative and sulphite free. This is not a food safety issue and will not alter the taste profile of the product.
Our glass jars and metal caps are recyclable.
All our products are gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
All our products have a two year shelf life.
Please see our recipes link on our website for some delicious recipe ideas.
Created using quality ingredients free from artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, our range of products taste just like “homemade!”

We’ve collaborated with other like-minded foodies to offer a collection of recipes that are suitable to fit all occasions.
We still produce our preserve range based on the original family recipes, handed down through 3 generations.
